Not that I'm aware of. You may try Intalio's BPMS suite, but AFAIK the 
modelling paradigm is there more BPMN oriented (the intalio guys may 
correct me :) ). You may also try the lomboz plugin as it IMHO also has 
an ODE runtime plugin for Eclipse. In any case, the Ode/Eclipse BPEL 
integration will come...
