Getting Service EPR in Event Handler

Hello,

 I had a question about retrieving information in the event handler. On an 
ActivityExecStartEvent, I need to know the URL of the service that is 
going to be invoked for this activity. I can get the activityId, etc but 
wasn't sure how to retrieve the service URL from that information.
