jar files in the 1.3.5 war distribution

Hi

I tried to run sendsoap and found out that the war distribution archive 
of ode 1.3.5 does not contain proper jars in /lib. The ode-* jars have 
no .class files, only .java sources. 1.3.4 looks fine though.
