FYI - I attached a suggested fix to the jira issue ODE-922 in case anyone else 
needs one in the interim.

Hi Tim

this looks like to bug to me. Likely that we missed this case when parsing BPEL 
1.1. into the version independent object model. Mind you opening a JIRA for 
that?
