Hi Jitendra, your process instance is probably now in the recovery mode. This is meant to provide a human intervention in case of a failure so that the activity can be manually retried. Therefore ODE distinguishes faults and failues. Faults are typically declared SOAP faults whereas failures are unexpected errors like network fragementation etc. The recovery mode is documented here: http://ode.apache.org/extensions/activity-failure-and-recovery.html
