Proper way to set loglevel to DEBUG + available loglevels

I am hoping you can:

1. Share the proper way to set loglevel to DEBUG for ODE 1.3.x

2. Can you confirm that available 1.3.x ODE  loglevels follow the
log4j standard of

TRACE,
DEBUG,
INFO,
WARN,
ERROR and
FATAL
