Yes I updated this page some time ago. I also asked infra to update http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/, still not done. And if you use the link http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ofbiz-dev/ you get to the same page as http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-ofbiz-dev/
