We are facing problem with solving the issue when user process a check
out with out login and comes back and try to create an account its failling
...
we request to give us any of the following information ...
1 Area of application where changes have been made to fix the
problem...
2 Revision or the Jira issue related information
3 During which period of time this issue is resolved.

Which version/revision of OFBiz are you using? This was fixed a long
time ago...
