It really depends upon your definition of what you define as CRM. If it's
"Customer Relationship Manager", well then ofBiz out of the box is a robust CRM.
If you need management of the salespeople who use ofBiz's CRM tools, then you
might want to look at Opentaps as an adjuct to your obBiz installation.
I am not aware of any other CRM enhancements to ofBiz that are published for
downloading.

FYI, for the most part we correspond with each other using our given names. You
might want to change you email account properties to reflect your name as "Neil
M Young" rather than a handle like "K9". The whole concept of ofBiz works
because of for the lack of a better term, "karma". We have to trust one another
to make this work. Hopefully you will get what I am talking about.
