Ashish, I just created an order with the latest checkout (521619) and I couldn't see any errors, the HTML was dumped to the log as usual. It doesn't look like the getPartyNameForDate signature has changed recently either.
Have you tried an "ant clean" and "ant"? Also an "svn st" to see if there are any modified files hanging around? Or even a fresh database?
