Excellent thanks.

The problem "seems" to be that there was an order adjustment made right
after the order was made.. Lookes like a CSR or order manager did it, but
can't see who.  "one of the jr developers think it was a botched promo. but
he's the jr programmer"

Anyway unix guys have access to that stuff.. just getting them to let me
in..
