Payment Method Error

Hi,

Working in opentaps-0.9.2 version. When the user is Returned/Existing user, he 
placed the order and continue their checkout. Before submitting the order (from 
the Final Review Page), if the customer  placing the order again and continue 
to checkout, the system throwing an error like :

      "SELECTED PAYMENT METHODS WILL NOT COVER THIS ORDER". 

I have checked opentaps version till 0.9.4, all throwing the same error.

Can anybody provide the solution for this problem.
