Hello guys, I have another question, this one related to products.
We sell a kind of product that is an hour package, I mean, a customer can purchase 10, 20 or 40 service hours in advance (getting a better hour/price each time) and I need the following things: - Invoice is made at purchase time - Half-hour granularity - As hours are getting done, we need some kind of document with customer number, order number, date and number of hours "spent". - Obviously package hour "countdown" must be modified. - It's no necessary (but desirable) that customers can order it in the web site. I am thinking about doing this with product packages and different shipping orders, but I'm not sure this is the best solution. Any Idea? Thanks a lot.
