I have a completed purchase in the sandbox... it's a store item. Is it
set to pick up store items?

you need at least one auction has to be completed and win by a buyer.
You can use the product Export to eBay functionality into Catalog application
and then you have to win the auction to a buyer.
After that you will see it into the import screen.

Subject : eBay import orders
I have an eBay developer account and I've been testing the import orders
screen from the sandbox. So far I've been getting "No orders found".
I've put my keys and token in the productsExport.properties file, but
it doesn't seem to be using those values. I get the same error message
when the tokens and keys are blank.
