I would like to install a demo version of OFBiz to try it out. The getting started page implies says there are zip files somewhere. Your response and comment indicate to me that there is no such thing.
I'm looking for a stable *packaged* release to try out so downloading from SVN does not sit well. How do I know that what I am getting has been tested, is the right branch, and contains all of the files? I am just going to try opentaps since there is a zip download of that. I'll come back and look at trunk if I need new features or start customizing things. Thanks, Gavin :) P.S. I still think that there should be a new "Release Downloads" page added to your website or to confluence. This page would contain a link to a packaged version of the most recent stable release as well as a packaged version of last night's code. -----Original Message----- From: Jacques Le Roux [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: July 22, 2007 4:58 AM To: [email protected]; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Where is the OFBiz release archive? Do you want to access an earlier version of OFBiz or the release4.0 (see branches) ? http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/Source+Repository+and+Access Jacques PS : BTW we may add a line about branches and release in the doc above, I add a comment ...
