I see no problems without your changes for https://demo.hotwaxmedia.com/catalog/control/EditProductPaymentMethodTypes?productId=GZ-1001 (Or my slower server https://lamouline.myvnc.com:8443/catalog/control/EditProductPaymentMethodTypes?productId=GZ-1001 which uses svn 567634)
