I managed to get build.xml to run, and it looks fine. Is there a way in which I can see the log file to see if an exception was thrown any where? I ran ant run-install. But when I go to the online documentation they say I must run it with seed or demo. Am I too late for this? Should I still do because I opened 1 of the user tables and it seems there is data already in it. What do I do after this? Is it time to open the project in Eclipse yet? Brendan
