Make sure the user has the OFBTOOLS permission. Also be sure to clear the entity cache whenever you
change a user's permissions.

Thankyou for your quick reply but out of 10 username which i created , i
was able to login the hhfacility with only one user name ,after setting
the security settings is there any other settings which i need to be done
,i am facing the same error message "Login for this application couldn't
be completed (required permissions missing)"
