Everyone,
I figured out that one needs to ship the order before return items can be 
created on the return.

My question is, does the return of the order cause the customers's credit card 
to be refunded with the return amount, or is the credit card refund a separate 
process?


For the credit card refund, while I see one can do a authorize and a capture 
using the ordermgr, I do not see a return function in the UI.  Any info on this?
