I'm trying to setup a promotion for my client. I setup a Product Category
called Photo Package. Any time the cashier (we are using POS at their
stores) hits a couple of products withing this category the customer is
entitled for a promotional discount. So, let's say they buy (1) 8X10 photo
and (4) 3.5X5 photo, they should get a quantity discount. The 8X10 Photo
list price is $24.99 and the 3.5X5 photos is also $24.99.
I tried setting up a Price Rule for this, but it did not work because the
Product Category only limits the rules, but it does not give the discount
for the entire order, just for each individual product. The price rule only
works if the client buys 2 of the same product.
I then tried setting up Promotions for this Product Category, so that when
the client purchases 2 items within the Product Category Photo Package, they
get 2 (X) Products for $37.98 (Y) Price.

This is also not working...it only works if they buy 2 of the same product.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to set this up?

Thank you,
Evangelina Bowman
