Sorry BJ, I was not clear,

I meant a decent hour to reload. It's delicate to reload for a change in a 
properties file (sometimes some translations need
amendments) when the server is busy (most of the time day horus), and you have 
to wait a better hour for that (last evening or
morning first hours)
