Use this file as a starting point and add any additional accounts you may need. It contains all the accounts, types, etc. the system needs to run. Use the XML that defines the default CoA and load it with XML Data Import. Just avoid any demo data if you want to bring up a clean instance for implementation. For example, anything referencing partyId="Company" you would not want to load.
Note that it is not perfect. I found one or two errors the last time I brought up an instance. I think one of the inventory accounts was set to an AP type, or something like that.
