Just tested on the alternative server (actually my dev machine) and it works (see - if it's available- WG-5569 with status "created"
on order WSCO10071). There is also a note at bottom " Added item to order: WG-5569 (1.0)"
I tried the same on the demo server but got this message

why (no access to log) or if it's related to yours

The following exception happened when I try to add one item to an approved
order. It is a foreign key violation but I do not know why it would happen.
