David I think we are talking about different things. I was talking about over the counter sales (no shipping).
Were I live, a will-call is taxed at the point of sale. Thats why I suggested the facility address. It could very well be different in other locations, but I shouldn't think that it would be the customers billing address. I know for a fact that if I buy something in California with me standing at the counter for example, I will be expected to pay the California sales tax rather than my own local Washington sales tax. If I ship something out of state, I am expected to pay the sales tax in the destination jurisdiction.
