Should I worry about this exception?

I'm getting:

entity field [GlAccountHistory.postedCredits] set the value passed in
[java.math.BigDecimal] is not compatible with the Java type of the field
[Double]
in the background.

The sale is still processing, but I'm wanted to double check if this would
be an issue in the future.
