David, That is a rather interesting approach what you have mentioned, I definitely need to study more about work effort and time management in ofbiz, as per my previous experience I had been working with services 'as products' e.g. like the digital product thing, but now I think it certainly makes a more sense the way it is handled by ofbiz.
