you need to run ofbiz, usually on a linux server. http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBTECH/Apache+OFBiz+Technical+Production+Setup+Guide depending on what you want to accomplish, you May be able to use it out of the box.
however if you thinking that the ecommerce has what you need by itself, it does not, it is just a way to expose the other applications as an ecommerce interface.
