Add party content

Hi,

can anyone explain me, how to add a a party content without uploading it 
in BE?

I tried /partymgr/control/EditPartyContents?partyId=abc but there is 
only the uploading way. Then I tried to create a regular content 
"/content/control/EditContent" and assign it with a customer, but I 
don't find a way via BE neither over business classes to insert values 
in the databasetable "PARTY_CONTENT".
