Hi ian,
you can specify error message for every service parameter in service
definition, using type-validate element. Fo facilityName field, it
would be something like this
<override name="facilityName" optional="false">
<type-validate >
<fail-property resource="FacilityUiLabels"
property="facilityNameRequire"/>
</type-validate>
</override>
