It looks like this section has been put there by Si Chen (from the reference to

So I propose to remove it as it's not our convention

In r737003 I replaced all tabs I found at this moment by 4 spaces in *.groovy,
*.java, *.xml
I just re-did the same with 1000+ new changes in revision: 755696
I'm surprised there are so much 2 monts later. But yes, OFBiz is a very active
project :o)
