I am glad you gave me these links b/c I didn't think the manufacturing/etc stuff concerned me for my custom application. I am slowly realizing that EVERYTHING in OFBiz concerns me for my custom application..hehe
The entities I was looking for, but didn't realize, are WorkOrderItemFulfillment and WorkEffortGoodStandard.
