Oh and before I forget: you may also need to write your own bsh/groovy file with correct information on which data to fetch... For my own application I wrote a script that fetches data based on the context path and locale. I wrote a groovy file that will get the context path url and create a url string to be passed to the Magnolia java file. I also added a few more services, which then allow an easier access to the data...
