Thanks for the heads up John - I hadn't noticed that before.  The type 
attribute in the JS declarations are fixed in rev 776967.  I think that your 
idea about the location of the JS is a good one - but I didn't implement that 
yet as I want look around a bit more to understand the implications of moving 
all of the JS down below all possible sheets. 

Looking forward to hearing more thoughts on the JS / CSS / extras / etc in this 
header file.
