-- What are your your custom requirements ? -- How many resource / developers do you have ? -- How much time do you have ?I haven't played too much with OFBiz CMS so I can't help you by saying what is exists OOTB. First you share your requirements then based on the above questions someone who has worked on CMS area in the community can help you to get estimate on the work that needs to be done.
