Anyone using Mysql JDBC driver 5 with OFBiz trunk?

Till now I am using mysql-connector-java-3.1.13-bin.jar file. - It is working fine.

But now a days thinking to switch to the mysql jdbc connector 5.

If you are using MysqlJDBC connector 5 then any performance improvement in it? Please let me know your thoughts so that I will move to the mysql connector 5.
