I took a quick look at this and I may not be being sufficiently
thorough, but I can't see anything missing.
Could you be more specific... like what do you mean by the "2 menu
bars"?

I don't know when but we have lost the 2 menu bars in catalog, even
in R9.04...
Bad regression, hopefully very simple one though
