webtools homepage problems

Hi Experts,

I am trying to deploy OFBiz onto Glassfish server. While in that, the 
webtools page does not show up the 'login' link and the (I guess) the 
entire header is absent. The other demo sites, ecommerce and catalog 
apps work just fine..

Any help is most appriciated.
