as a thought, since the communicationevents handles word document, attachments, in email, you can: 1) look at how it does this to build and upload 2) you can expand on the email portion of the communications events and if the document or email has the word resume in it: a) create party and lognin if not already done b) build the content under the HR website c) can even do a word doc to text conversion d) link to hr using https://demo.ofbiz.org/humanres/control/EditPartyResume automatically
