You mean something like eBay ? In this case I'd say not OOTB. But it's certainly possible to do without too much efforts using Product component... You may also have a look at the eBay component and most certainly look for information in this ML

I should commit a new component one day or another
that will provide a PHP handler using the Querus Framework.

It's a work done by a third party and there are still some issues to solve. 
Unfortunately I have been victim of a slamming this

and I have to wait one week before recovering my ADSL connection. Without it, 
it's a nightmare to do such works...
