Just noticed that testCCProcessorWithCapture and alwaysApproveWithCaptureCCProcessor, AUTHORISE the payment and in turn calls the testCCCapture processor to capture. After configuring testCCCapture processor, the flow is working fine.
I was under the impression that alwaysApproveCCProcessor "AUTHORISE" the payment, testCCCapture "CAPTURES" the payment & testCCProcessorWithCapture or alwaysApproveWithCaptureCCProcessor, does both, and it does too, but not in a single method itself, that is it "AUTHORISE" the payment, but for capture it calls the testCCCapture.
