You can write the below line,
set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dofbiz.home=OFBIZ_HOME

after this,

rem set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dsun.rmi.dgc.client.gcInterval=3600000
-Dsun.rmi.dgc.server.gcInterval=3600000

note:- OFBIZ_HOME is the location where ofbiz is placed.
