Thankyou. I found what mistake I made... I included the globalDecorator screen in my CommonScreens.xml but in actions, I made a typo. I typed LayoutSettings instead of layoutSettings at line: <set field="layoutSettings.companyName" from-field="uiLabelMap.PracticeCompanyName" global="true"/>
Thats the reason the decorator was not applying to my application.
