The currency of the billing account of the customer is Euro
The currency of the product's price is Euro
The currency of "company" (in the demo data) was changed by me to Euro -
also the currencies of the accounts.
What for do I then need an exchange rate?
These changes are enough, but it is still possible to create an order
using a different currency. Most probably this is the reason for the error.
