Hi Michael, If you comment out a component, it will throw you some database related errors & ofbiz won't start.
Ideally following should have happened, but it doesn't, 1) Database tables shouldn't be created for that components 2) The other component should complain if it depends on the commented/removed component etc There was a discussion on ML regarding making the components independent, I guess this would be a good feature.
