Hi Prashant, During chceckout you have to provide CC information, if it fails then it does not allow you to proceed. And hence order can not submitted. Can you please reproduce it on Demo server - eCommerce - http://demo.ofbiz.org/ecommerce/control/main OR BackEnd order manager - http://demo.ofbiz.org/ordermgr/control/main
