We do also contribute back when we develop some thing generic and useful
for others. Abdullah Shaikh donated the SagePay implementation recently.
And what you saying here is contradictory to your reply in the other
thread. That was the reason I was not sure if PayFlow is OOTB or not.
Please note PayFlow is different than Paypal Express and PayPal standard.
