Hi, I don't think the issue is resolved. You only modified the file specialpurpose\ecommerce\widget\RequestScreens.xml to change component://order/webapp/ordermgr/request/requestInfo.ftl to component://ecommerce/webapp/ecommerce/request/requestRoles.ftl. Now the requestInfo.ftl appears twice in the same screen, one at the "lefthalf" of the container and the other at the "righthalf" of the container. Shouldn't you be putting back the file order/webapp/ordermgr/request/requestInfo.ftl?
