Since I didn't have a chance to get my - wow I hope that Hans doesn't feel 
attacked ... again ... message - to clarify, here is more information that I 
wish I'd have put in there so that people don't get so touchy:

1. Man Hans, wish you were still working on OFBiz more often - sorry to see you 
put this outside of OFBiz.
2. Could you please provide us with some URLs where we can send requests about 
your customer service app that you're providing so that people don't get 
confused that this comes with OFBiz.
