I don't think it's a perm gen problem or other memory issue, but anyway we have enough place and it can't hurt but we will have less
cache...

I did not have enough time to look into logs enough, but I don't think it's a
memory issue but in case of I have increased from
MEMIF="-Xms128M -Xmx512M -XX:MaxPermSize=256m"
to
MEMIF="-Xms128M -Xmx768M -XX:MaxPermSize=512m"
Though it will not be used until next reboot
