I don't think it's a perm gen problem or other memory issue, but anyway we have enough place and it can't hurt but we will have less cache...
Yes it would be great to have some help there :o)

It's easy to tell if it is a perm gen problem, the logs will say so quite clearly. Hopefully one day I'll be granted access and can help out a bit.

I did not have enough time to look into logs enough, but I don't think it's a 
memory issue but in case of I have increased from
MEMIF="-Xms128M -Xmx512M -XX:MaxPermSize=256m"
to
MEMIF="-Xms128M -Xmx768M -XX:MaxPermSize=512m"
Though it will not be used until next reboot
