Be on the POS or in the Party Manager you can create as many as parties with
the same name as you want.
So I suspect you simply did not verify that, from the POS, an user with same name does not exist before re-creating the same
profile.

I have noticed that in Party tab, the records are repeated. That the same
customer has several Party ID. And the records are recorded through POS
module. Does anyone also has this issue?
